The Colorado Lions Foundation Family Membership Grant Program is designed to provide a $49 membership grant to a Club. This is in recognition of the acquisition of a new member who is a family member of a current Club member. The Club must request the grant using the form available on this website. A copy of the M & A Report showing the new member must be attached.
